Lineup will be on the corner of Plaza & 4th St.; children must remain in vehicles at all times.  There will be a pilot golf cart to lead the group around the Courthouse. All businesses, churches, organizations or families are encouraged to participate by setting up a display at the Courthouse for the Drive-By Halloween.  Prizes will be awarded for Best Trunk & Character display. on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 6:15 p.m. at City Hall, 203 N. Plaza. If you have an item that you wish to be placed on the Agenda, you must submit the information to City Secretary Sheri Benson by 12:00 (noon) on the Thursday preceding the meeting.
